SHIPPING FEE

Free shipping to Indonesia. (In Bali, we have a Gojek instant delivery system with a charge of 50K.)

International rates are automatically calculated using the FedEx rate system. These rates may fluctuate based on exchange rates. The shipping cost will be added to your total purchase after checkout.

SHIPPING DURATION

Domestic Orders: Allow 2-5 working days within Indonesia; longer for distant cities. (Instant delivery service available in Bali with GOJEK.)

International Orders: Allow 3-7 working days outside Indonesia.

We use the following courier services:

Domestic Shipping: J&T Express (www.jet.co.id) and JNE Express (www.jne.co.id)
GOJEK: ONLY IN BALI - Instant delivery during office hours (Weekdays 10am-4pm, Saturdays 10am-2pm)
Worldwide International Shipping: FedEx International Priority®

Your order will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days. Please note that we operate Monday through Saturday. Payment confirmations received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. We cannot provide 1-day delivery service on holidays and weekends due to packing requirements, especially with Gojek delivery. For urgent receipt, visit our store directly. Orders require full payment confirmation for delivery.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Please be aware that some international deliveries may be subject to import duties beyond By The Sea's control. If the goods incur taxes in the destination country, these charges will be the responsibility of the recipient. In such cases, we recommend contacting your local Customs Office directly for detailed information.

SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Once your order is confirmed for shipping, we cannot cancel or change it. Please make any changes before then. Click here for assistance. By The Sea is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping service. However, we will help resolve any issues with them.

All orders to Russia must have a complete company address. Shipments to individuals in Russia are not allowed. For orders to Singapore, ensure the total does not exceed 400 SGD. Shipments over this amount (excluding documents) will have GST (Goods and Services Tax) charged to the recipient.

All international shipments are exclusively handled by FedEx International Priority®. FedEx provides premium expedited service with full tracking and makes two delivery attempts for each package. If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, FedEx will leave a notice for the customer to pick up the package at the nearest FedEx location. FedEx holding times vary, and it is the customer's responsibility to pick up the package before it is returned to us. If the shipment is returned to us, you will be required to pay additional shipping costs for re-shipment of your order(s).
